Step 4, Budget clarity and allowances
We establish a clean budget structure with clear allowances where needed (flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, etc.) and transparent upgrade options. The goal is to eliminate surprises later by making assumptions explicit now.
Step 5, Permitting and approvals

Step 9, Final inspection, orientation, and closing
We complete final inspections, confirm readiness, and sell. After sale, we walk through the home’s systems, maintenance basics, and warranty coverage with the home owner. Then we close and hand over keys, documentation, and support contacts.
Step 10, Warranty support after move-in
After the buyer move ins, we stay responsive. We provide a clear warranty process so questions and service items are handled efficiently and professionally.
